Color Me Rad...Catching up post

The Mr and I decided to do our first 5K in the beginning of September. Now, we might had not ran the whole time but we sure did have fun! It was the color me rad run. We did the 5K with our life group from church and we decided to bring Miss T along as well. 

Miss T really enjoyed it and was such a good girl the whole day! 

At 9 months, Miss T learned how to crawl. Can't believe she will be ONE in 3 weeks!

My sweet husband bought me a new camera and I am super happy about it! 

In the next couple of months I can't wait to share what God is doing in my heart and in my life. After Tenley was born I felt like I wasn't sure what my place was in life besides being a mom. I had accomplished almost everything I had dreamed of when I was a little girl, finding my prince charming and having a baby. I am blessed to be a stay at home mommy and wouldn't have it any other way but I wasn't sure what I else I was supposed to be doing. For 8 months I have prayed about this new beginning and it is starting to come together and I couldn't be more excited about it! I have big dreams.

Almost nine months ago I experienced love on a whole new level. I never knew I could love someone so deeply. Tenley Marie was placed in my arms after 19 hours of labor, I understood. I understood more then but even more now, how much God loves us. I love my daughter more than I can explain. Before I had Tenley I knew God loved me but once Tenley was born I was able to experience that love for my child. As a parent, you want to protect them, guide them, teach them, encourage them and love them. God has done all of those things for me. I am glad to call HIM my Father!

The past couple months I have really thought about love and what it means to me. I have thought about my relationship with God and how much it has grown just since we had Tenley. These thoughts and feelings have made me want to please God more and more everyday. Having a child has made me appreciate God's love for me on a whole new level of understanding.

I am thankful and blessed to have true love.
